September – New online reporting facility
During September we have been working on a new online tool for client reports. The system which has been named My Report Store (www.mrs.co.uk) will initially host a suite of reports from our mystery visiting programme however it is envisaged that this will be increased to provide access to documents from all forms of research undertaken by Business Blueprints for their clients.
The system permits access to all types of documents and password security can be provided at department or individual level. The system will go live during October and reflects increasing demands for real time reporting.
