Helen Bailey - Managing Director
Helen graduated in Business Studies and has some 20 years experience of working in the pub, retail and leisure industries.
Her career began in operations at Grand Met Retailing in their branded restaurant division and before she moved into the marketing department, with responsibility for the Old Orleans and Country Restaurants brands.
She joined Business Blueprints in 1993 advising clients on service enhancement through measurement working with a number of clients including JD Wetherspoon for over 13 years. She advised the developer and the leasing team of CentrO Oberhausen on appropriate tenant mix and operational planning for the 1,300 seat Oase food court.
Helen has been Managing Director of Business Blueprints since 2000. She has provided brand planning consultancy for the portfolios of Regent Inns and Bay Restaurant Group (previously Laurel Pub Company).
Helen is a member of the Market Research Society.

Paul Latimer - Director of Research
Paul has extensive marketing experience built up over more than 20 years. He has worked in a number of highly competitive industries including toys and games with Hasbro, OTC healthcare with Ferrosan, and cable telecoms with the General Cable group (now part of Virgin Media).
He has a particular interest in customer insight and customer communications, although he has also held responsibility for product development and innovation in a number of his roles.
Prior to joining Business Blueprints in 2004, Paul worked in business-to-business telecoms as European Marketing Director for ACT Teleconferencing, a leading global service provider.
At Business Blueprints Paul has worked across a number of clients but the majority of his time has been spent in the shopping centre sector.
Paul graduated from the University of Birmingham and holds diplomas from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Market Research Society and the Institute of Direct Marketing.
Paul is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Stephen Logue - Founder & Non-Executive Chairman
Stephen graduated in Business Economics from Strathclyde University and embarked on a 17 year career in FMCG marketing.
He managed market-leading brands as such Ski Yogurt and KP Nuts and half his time at United Biscuits and Eden Vale was devoted to new product development where he received several industry accolades for successful innovation.
Latterly, he was Marketing Director of Grand Met Retailing where he was awarded a prestigious ‘Catey’ for his work in turning around Berni Inns, the then market leading 600-strong steakhouse chain.
Stephen also created and launched both the Old Orleans and Pastificio chains as part of Grand Met’s popular catering segmentation programme.
He founded Business Blueprints in 1986 to provide strategic advice to shopping centres and retail businesses and successfully attracted an array of blue chip Clients. As an advisor to the Stadium Group, of which he became a Director, he worked on Meadowhall and CentrO Oberhausen where he provided insights and direction on marketing, research, leisure planning and service enhancement.
In addition to providing advice to clients he has contributed to BCSC conferences and publications.
In parallel with his consultancy work, he has created twelve new catering concepts since 1987 and has established companies to operate them within shopping centres.
Stephen is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
