August – Measuring Customer Satisfaction On-line

We have recently commenced work with The Orchid Group to obtain on line feedback from customers' experiences of their venues. Results can be fed back in real-time in both tabular and graphic formats, and updated automatically with new data as soon as it is received into the system. Access to the on line system is by personal log-in to ensure data is kept totally secure.

The software used to publish and collate data from the online surveys can be used in combination with the client’s website. The customer accesses the client’s website or promotional page, then through a seamless transition will be directed to the survey then returned to the client’s website for final reinforcement of offers or promotions.
